SUZUKI IGNIS UPDATE
Under the hood, there was an upgraded 1.2 l dualjet engine (two injectors per cylinder), which received, in particular, a variable-capacity oil pump and a modified variable-phase timing control system. This ensures a better gas response and lower fuel consumption. Along with the engine, there will also be an improved continuously variable CVT transmission, which provides good acceleration at low rpm and low combustion when driving on the highway.
The mild hybrid version - with a generator acting as a starter-also received a significantly larger battery. A new lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 10 Ah took the place of the previous one-with a capacity of 3 Ah.
